Producing a performance in a professional theatre is a substantial undertaking and a significant financial commitment.
Pupils from Primary level and above will be allocated into teams, with each team taking part in scheduled performances.
Over the coming weeks, parents will receive an individual contract outlining each pupil’s rehearsal and performance schedule.
Please read this information carefully.
From January 2026, all rehearsals will take place during regular class time until the specified theatre rehearsal dates in July, as highlighted in your contract.

Non-Participation

If, for any reason, you decide that your child will not be participating, please inform us as soon as possible by returning the non-participation form.
This enables us to plan classes and choreography effectively, ensuring all pupils feel included and helping to avoid any unnecessary issues during lessons.

Accurate participation numbers are also essential for arranging and licensing the appropriate number of chaperones.

Important: If you have changed your timetable after receiving your term invoice, please note that this may affect your child’s show schedule.
