REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TICKETS GO ON SALE ON 1ST MAY FOR ‘InMomentum’

available from the Playhouse Theatre Box Office 01279 431945

In previous years tickets have sold out within days.
Please could we advise parents whose children are only dancing in one or two performances to purchase their tickets promptly when tickets go on sale to avoid disappointment.

You should have received, via email, an appropriately highlighted Rehearsal & Performance schedule for ‘InMomentum ’ at the Playhouse Theatre, Harlow.

We will make a prompt start for each rehearsal as we are working to a very tight time schedule and will be unable to wait for late arrivals.

Failure to attend any required rehearsals, unless previously agreed, will result in immediate withdrawal from the production.

Arrival - All students must be dropped off at the stage door in the Foyer of the Playhouse Theatre.

No parents will be allowed past the stage door unless an authorised chaperone.

To comply with theatre safety regulations

ALL STUDENTS & CHAPERONES MUST REGISTER IN.

Collection - All students must be collected from the same Foyer.

ALL STUDENTS & CHAPERONES MUST SIGN OUT

Again, to comply with theatre safety regulations.

Please make sure all students’ belongings are clearly named in an appropriately sized bag to hold all belongings and only bring essential items to the theatre.

As we require all students to bring their own make-up to the theatre
We will apply the make-up, so all students’ make-up looks the same on stage.
