THEATRE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
THEATRE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE, PERFORMANCES & COSTS
Detailed below are the rehearsal and performance dates & times, highlighted appropriately.
All students MUST be able to attend all required rehearsals and performances to be included in the production.
REHEARSALS
• Sunday 5th July - Primary to Grade 5 Ballet & Tap, Grade 1 to 5 Modern (timetable to be issued)
• Monday 13th July - Grade 6 & Inter Ballet, Inter Foundation & Inter Modern, Grade 6 & Inter Tap (5pm – 9pm)
• Tuesday 14th July - Grade 7 & 8, Senior & Adv 2 Ballet, Adv 1 & 2 Modern & Tap Opening & Finale (5pm – 9pm)
• Wednesday 15th July - Saturday Evening cast (5pm – 8pm) (Technical Rehearsal)
• Thursday 16th July - Friday Evening Cast (5pm – 8pm) (Dress Rehearsal)
Full details of rehearsals & performance schedule including arrival and collection times will be issued at Easter.
PERFORMANCES
• Friday 17th July - 7.00pm
• Saturday 18th July - 2.00pm
• Saturday 18th July - 7.00pm
COSTS
To cover the expense of costumes (except footwear), theatre rehearsal time, DBS costs etc. the following tariff is applicable.
This also includes a download of ‘InMomentum’:
• One dance number - £65.00
• Two dance numbers- £80.00
• Three dance numbers - £90.00
• Four dance numbers - £100.00
• Five dance numbers- £110.00
• Six dance numbers or more - £120.00
This production, as mentioned above, includes download rights from All Media Works.
When the download of the show becomes available, we will notify you by email (please ensure your email address is up to date on our database).
If, you also wish to purchase a hard copy, a DVD (£5), Blue-Ray (£10) or USB (£10) will be available from September 2026.
You may place your order in advance by ticking the DVD, Blue-Ray or USB box on the consent form and adding the cost to your production fee.
Please read carefully before completing the enclosed Performance Contract & Consent form and return to Nicola or Hazel with non-refundable remittance (CASH ONLY PLEASE) by 31st January 2026.
If you do not wish your child to participate in ‘InMomentum’, please complete & return the Non-Participation form
